We are currently seeking a full-time RN for the Neurosciences ICU at MGH. If you have experience working with neuro patients, this could be an opportunity for you.
Position Highlights:
You will be caring for critically ill patients with various neurological diagnoses, including stroke, brain hemorrhage, brain or back surgery, head trauma, or spinal cord injury.
22-bed unit, adult population.

Unit-based research efforts are among the best in the world, providing patients with bedside CT scans. Patients may require life support systems, including mechanical ventilation and continuous infusion medications to maintain cardiovascular stability.

Qualifications:
BSN preferred.
Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required.
Neuro and critical care experience are preferred; candidates with experience in general acute care and a strong interest in neuroscience will also be considered.
This position requires working a day/night rotation shift.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of recent acute care RN experience; new graduate RNs will not be considered.
