What You'll Be Responsible For Community & Brand Growth
* Building authentic relationships with local gyms, studios, athletes and brand partners
* Creating and executing community activations and in-store events
* Representing LSKD within your local fitness community
* Driving brand awareness and advocacy in your region
Team Development
* Recruiting, onboarding and developing a world-class team
* Leading with a \"sweep the sheds\" team player mindset and providing real-time coaching to the team
* Delivering team training sessions and ongoing product education
* Creating an inclusive, high-performance culture
* Providing regular feedback to help your team be 1% better every day
Commercial & Operational Excellence
* Galvanising the team to drive store KPIs including sales, conversion, UPT and AOV
* Reviewing weekly and monthly performance
* Planning roster coverage or aiding in delegation of tasks to achieve daily game plans
* Overseeing stock management, VM standards and back-of-house organisation
* Ensuring safe, efficient and compliant store operations
