**The opportunity**
We are seeking for an HR Advisor with focus in Employee Relations and HR Projects to join the Talent Specialists Team. This will be a full-time role (although part-time would also be considered). Location within Australia is flexible with a preference for Sydney or Brisbane.
In this role, you will support a high-performance culture by working closely with the business in managing employee relations matters such as probation and performance management, ill-health, and providing advice and guidance to leaders throughout the business. You will also support the Talent Managers in the project management and roll out of cyclical people processes for Oceania including but not limited to Annual Performance and Remuneration Review, EY People Pulse and whole of firm Talent initiatives.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Deliver consistent, best practice, and commercially sound employee relations advice, balancing the relevant risks to the firm
- Coach stakeholders on employee relations capability and increase the confidence, effectiveness, and accountability of People Leaders
- Supporting Talent Managers with complex employee relations matters such as restructures and redundancies, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage workstreams for cyclical macro processes such as Annual Performance, Remuneration Reviews, and employee engagement Pulse Surveys.
- Support the delivery of the TST POW by working collaboratively with the team to identify and complete required projects.

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
- Relevant experience in a HR generalist or HR advisor role
- Sound understanding and experience in employee relations
- Project management skills and experience is desirable
