Our client is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow their presence within the Western Australian mining sector. This is a full-time, permanent, field-based role suited to someone who thrives on face-to-face engagement, building trusted relationships, and delivering practical technical solutions to site-based customers across WA. What you’ll be doing: Visiting mine sites across WA (including Pilbara and Goldfields) to build strong customer relationships Identifying client challenges and presenting tailored solutions to improve fleet air conditioning performance and reliability Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and account growth Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders across mining operations Collaborating with internal technical and project teams to scope and deliver solutions Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales activity reporting Representing the business at industry events, client meetings, and site visits What you’ll need: Experience working with or within the mining industry (e.g., maintenance, reliability, supply, or sales) Confidence engaging site stakeholders and decision-makers in operational environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to self-manage, plan effectively, and work autonomously in a field-based role Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Western Australia Experience in business development, account management, or solution selling (advantageous) Technical understanding of mobile equipment systems or fleet reliability (desirable) What’s in it for you: Permanent full-time role with autonomy and ownership of your WA territory Opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships within the mining sector Support from technical and project teams to deliver complete client solutions Exposure to major mining operations and complex, high-value accounts Clear pathways for career progression into senior account or national roles How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY" button below to submit your resume.
