Our client are a successful Project Management company with a rapidly growing Property Management Division and are looking for their next superstar to join the team as the Western Property Manager (so the ideal candidate will preferable live in the west of Melbourne). Office is located in South Yarra,
To be successful you must have experience in Property Management and ideally managing high volume portfolios with excellent time and diary management.
The properties are all within very close proximity of each other and all built by the one developer (many in the same development) and there is full administration and leasing support.
What are the perks?
* $95,000 base salary + Super + incentives
* Additional monthly KPI bonuses up to $1,100 ON TOP OF BASE
* Fully maintained company car that can be for personal use as well - including fuel card and E-tag
* Mobile phone and Laptop provided
* One day WFH and one day PMs generally do 'on the road'
Company offers flexible start/finish times. Team members do 8am to 4pm, 8:30am to 4:30pm, 9am to 5pm and 9:30am to 5:30pm – whatever suits you best!
The portfolio is in immaculate condition and a thorough handover will be ensured.
