To succeed, you'll need:A strong understanding of trauma-informed care and the child protection systemExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsResilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic roleRequirementsLCS (Licensed Care Check) – highly preferred, ideally completed within the past 12 months (or willingness to obtain a new check)Blue Card (Working with Children Check)National Police Check (within last 6 months)Certificate IV in Youth/Community Services (or near completion of relevant qualification)Hope & Healing Certification (or willingness to complete)QLD Driver's Licence (preferably Opens)Flexibility for rotating rosters (nights, weekends, public holidays)Why Join SOS?
