We foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment, placing strong emphasis on: * Student-led learning * High-quality teaching and learning * Student wellbeing * Active community engagement About the Role: As a Responsible Behaviour Officer, you will: * Foster a positive school environment by supervising and supporting student behaviour, including uniform compliance and attendance. * Play a key role in behaviour intervention programs, working closely with teachers and the Head of Department to support student success. * Collect and document student statements to assist disciplinary processes aligned with the Student Code of Conduct. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour programs through data collection and observation. * Provide essential support, including bus supervision, patrolling school grounds, and managing reports from systems like Daymap and OneSchool.
