Your story begins here.Job DescriptionLead the planning and execution of an event, keeping in mind the role of a banquet managerStand by the vision and ethos of the company, while planning any eventDevise actionable plans to stay under budgetAdhere strictly to the schedules and timelines as a banquet event managerPlan the number of waiters, servers and other staff required as the director of banquetsMonitor the placement of tables, décor, chairs and cutlery of an event, as per the theme and standards that are pre-definedEnsure that the documentation of the schedule and timelines are in placeNegotiate with various vendors and train the banqueting assistants to do the sameAdhere to local laws and regulations while executing the banquet manager's responsibilitiesQualificationsMinimum 3years of relevant experience in a similar capacityGood communication and customer contact skillsWell-presented and professionally groomed at all timesAdditional InformationBelong in a place where you can be yourself and love what you do.
