Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in configuring, enhancing, and supporting client Payroll, WFM and HCM systems, whilst delivering tailored advice that supports process optimisation and compliance.
* Configure payroll rules, pay policies, workflows and system parameters
* Support implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing and validation
* Provide client‐focused consulting, troubleshooting and solution design
* Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation and awards
* Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and optimisation
* Collaborate with internal consultants and share best practice
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced payroll systems specialist with strong configuration capability and a consultative mindset. You enjoy solving complex payroll challenges and enhancing the way organisations use payroll and WFM technology.
You will bring:
* 3-5 years' experience in Payroll HCM configuration and/or project delivery.
* Experience with WFM platforms such as UKG, Kronos, Dayforce, or equivalent.
* Deep knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, awards/EBAs and compliance.
* Proven experience across system testing, UAT, payroll validation and optimisation initiatives.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving capability.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a consulting environment.
