Skills & Responsibilities
You will be a 3+ PAE Wills/Estates lawyer with experience gained at a reputable law firm. You will possess a strong technical understanding of the law, be articulate and have strong client relationship skills.
Role
No two days will be the same as you get stuck in and work across a range of matters such as: preparation of basic and complex estate planning documents, probate, property transmissions, superannuation death benefit claims, trust disputes, family provision applications and solemn form proceedings; advice work and drafting legal documents and correspondence.
