About the Role
ConnectSydney, a dynamic joint venture between Service Stream, Boral and Johnson Controls, will be delivering the Sydney Road Assets Performance Contract for the Harbour Zone in metropolitan Sydney. We are looking for talented, motivated and driven individuals to join the team who will be committed to delivering innovative, customer-focused and sustainable outcomes whilst also establishing a positive legacy for our customers and community.
The Asset Data Officer will be responsible for the timeliness, integrity and updating of all Asset Management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring all project records comply with internal and external asset records requirements.
- Responsible for updating internal Asset Management Systems as well as facilitating the transfer of data to client systems.
- Coordinating between delivery teams and the asset handover team to ensure effective record keeping is maintained throughout the project to ensure a seamless asset handover transition.
- Maintaining the data and providing suggestions in how the asset management information systems should be configured.
- Identify improvements in record keeping capabilities to meet internal and external requirements.
- Providing timely reports to the Asset Handover Manager of key project deliverables
- Development and implementation of training to users when required.
- Carry out the clean-up of existing legacy data and structure.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with the key stakeholders.
- Promote open and transparent communication as appropriate to encourage understanding of all stakeholder requirements and drivers
About You
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering desirable
- Understanding of Quality Assurance processes relevant to Specifications, Standards in Construction and/or Engineering
- Understanding of Asset Management principles (desirable)
- Excellent analytical skills - understanding of data standards, database structures and how they operate.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in process analysis and documentation.
- Results driven, ability to meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
