We specialise in high-quality kitchen benchtops, vanities, commercial fit-outs and custom stonework using materials such as engineered stone, natural stone, and porcelain surfaces. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for someone to join our expanding team and be a part of our exciting journey.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Stonemason / Installer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You will have not less than 3 years experience as a minimum and must hold the relevant qualifications (CertIII in Stonemasonry or a related building trade).
You must have proven experience working with a wide range of stone products and have experience in all aspects of stonemasonry, cutting, polishing, using CNC/Bridge saw machinery.
You will work within our factory and on-site, producing high-quality stonework that meets project deadlines and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate, cut, polish, and finish stone benchtops (engineered stone, natural stone, porcelain)
* Operate stone machinery such as bridge saws, edge polishers, CNC machinery (advantageous)
* On-site installation of kitchen benchtops, vanities, splashbacks, and commercial stone fit-outs
* Read and interpret shop drawings and measurements
* Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality requirements
* Handle materials, lifting, and loading as required
* Work collaboratively with team members and also work independently
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues

Skills & Experience (Essential)
* Minimum 3 years of stonemasonry experience (kitchen benchtops preferred)
* Strong skills in cutting, polishing, laminating and finishing stone
* Experience with engineered stone (e.g., Caesarstone, Smartstone), natural stone, porcelain/sintered stone
* Ability to safely operate stone machinery (bridge saw, polisher, hand tools, etc.)
* Strong understanding of measurements, templates, and drawings
* Capability to lift heavy materials and work in a physical environment
* Australian work rights
* Current driver's licence
