Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to increase organic traffic, search visibility, and lead generation.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive SEO plans to improve website rankings and drive qualified traffic.
* Manage and optimize websites using WordPress, including regular content updates, plugin maintenance, and landing page creation.
* Conduct thorough keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
* Create, curate, and optimize engaging content for web pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media, tailored to target audiences and aligned with SEO goals.
* Monitor and report on website performance, user behavior, and marketing campaign outcomes using analytics tools.

* A minimum of 2.5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of enhancing SEO performance and managing WordPress websites.
* A deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, on-page/off-page SEO, and content optimization techniques.
* Proficiency in WordPress, including page editing, plugin usage, and general site maintenance.
* Familiarity with major digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and email marketing platforms.
* Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, particularly with an SEO-driven approach.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, enabling data-informed decisions.
