Ecommerce Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned ecommerce professional to drive online sales and conversion performance.
Key Accountabilities:
* Develop and execute the brand ecommerce strategy in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
* Drive sales growth by improving conversion rates, profitability, and customer experience through content management, merchandising, and ongoing site enhancements.
* Realise trade and drive growth outcomes of mobile/app adoption.
* Collaborate with buyers and marketers to align digital merchandising, pricing, promotions, and content with launch plans and brand guidelines.
* Maximise trade and growth across brand and third-party websites by partnering with digital product teams.
Essential Skills:
* Extensive ecommerce experience in a retail organisation.
* Exemplary understanding of ecommerce operations and retail trading (technical, functional, and strategic).
* A drive towards contributing to retail excellence and digital growth.
* Deep understanding of product and promotional content management within a large and complex ecommerce website.
* Solid technical knowledge and experience across various web standards and knowledge of web accessibility, best-practice, and current front-end trends.
* Thorough understanding of web development & search engine optimisation (SEO) principles and practices at a code and content level.
* Ability to convert conceptual ideas into useful and functional designs, with knowledge of user-centred design methodologies.
* Well-developed stakeholder relationship management, and collaboration competencies - across all levels of the organisation.
