About the Role
The JBS Prime City Feedlot is currently recruiting for a highly motivated, experienced self-starter to join our dedicated and experienced Induction team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with supervision, support and training of Induction team members
* Day-to-day responsibilities in all aspects of cattle induction and dispatch
* Completing paperwork and documentation associated with entry and exit cattle
* Inventory management as required including calibration, auditing and stocktaking
* Maintaining compliance with JBS Australia policies, including but not limited to: WHS, HR, QA, Animal Welfare & Environmental obligations
About You
* A demonstrated ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to assist with leading a team of employees
* A high level of initiative, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
* Ability and willingness to assist in the training and development of team members
