Customer Service Technician
Job Overview
This role is for a skilled Customer Service Technician to work on customer-facing tasks across multiple technologies. You will be responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of various products and services.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, honesty and integrity, and be self-managed and motivated. They must also have a current and clean driver's license and strong communication skills.
Job Description:
* Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
* Installation of equipment at customer premises
* Fault diagnosis and repair of cabling networks and equipment
You will be working in a variety of environments both internally and externally but predominantly inside customer premises. A typical day could involve any or all of the above functions while delivering exceptional customer service.
