Technical Product Support Specialist – QLD

We are looking for a Technical Product Support Specialist with a commercial edge—someone who can combine technical expertise with customer-facing support to drive product adoption and sales growth. Based at our National Manufacturing facility in Loganholme. You will work closely with customers, distributors, and our sales team to provide expert guidance on INOX products, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers get the right solution for their application.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong background in lubrication, engineering, or industrial applications, who can communicate clearly with technical and commercial teams, and influence purchasing decisions through trusted technical advice.


Key Responsibilities

* Advise customers and distributors on the correct selection and use of INOX lubricants, greases, and specialty solutions.
* Troubleshoot product application issues and offer practical solutions.
* Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for both technical and commercial audiences.
* Stay up to date with INOX product range and industry trends to support customer solutions.
* Support sales team during customer visits, tenders, and proposals by providing technical expertise.
* Assess customer applications on-site to ensure optimal product performance.
* Collect and share customer insights with Sales, R&D, and Product Management to drive product improvements.
* Identify opportunities to grow sales through effective technical guidance and relationship building.


Product Information & Documentation

* Assist in updating TDS, SDS, and other product documentation.
* Prepare cross-reference guides and technical comparisons with competitor products.
* Ensure documentation meets internal and industry standards.


Quality & Continuous Improvement

* Investigate product complaints and identify root causes.
* Track recurring technical issues and recommend product or process improvements.
* Ensure products meet required approvals and internal quality standards.


Skills & Experience

* Hands-on experience with industrial lubricants, greases, or specialty solutions in automotive, industrial, food or marine applications.
* Strong understanding of lubrication principles, mechanical systems, and corrosion prevention.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and commercial awareness.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and sales engagement.
* Able to work collaboratively with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Operations teams.
* Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
