Yeronga State High School is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Events Officer to assist our Marketing and Communications Manager.
As the Marketing and Events Officer, you will contribute to innovative marketing and communication strategies and coordinate special events to promote the school and engage with the community.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.60FTE), 43.5 hours per fortnight.

About The Role
As the Marketing and Events Officer, you will play a key role in promoting Yeronga State High School by developing creative marketing strategies and coordinating special events. Reporting to the Principal or their delegate, you will ensure the school's values and achievements are effectively communicated to the community.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Coordinating school events such as Awards Night, Anzac Day, Graduation ceremonies, Open Day, and enrolment information sessions.
* Producing school publications, promotional materials, and newsletters, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date website content.
* Developing and managing a consistent online and social media presence to engage with the school community.
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with staff, external clients, and stakeholders to enhance the school's reputation.
* Assisting in the development of marketing strategies, promotional materials, and innovative systems to support the school's goals.
This role would suit a creative and organised individual with a passion for marketing, event coordination, and community engagement.
