We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong instructional design experience and confidence in using digital technologies to create engaging learning experiences. Your primary objective will be to collaborate with subject matter experts and teaching teams in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) disciplines to develop innovative online learning materials that provide engaging learning experiences.
You will play a hands‑on role in developing course content, advising on effective pedagogical approaches, and creating resources such as assessment rubrics, online quizzes, and multimedia resources. You will also support administrative and project management processes, contribute to quality assurance activities, and use digital technologies to strengthen course design across units and micro‑credentials.

Position Requirements
* Relevant degree with experience, or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Demonstrated success in the development of learning designs/curriculum across higher education and/or vocational education and training.
* Experience in instructional design, including consultation, facilitation, evaluation, and use of learning management systems.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and engage diverse audiences.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan workload, work independently, and maintain attention to detail.
