**About you**:
You are an influential and innovative thought leader with a high degree of integrity, personal self-discipline and a strong work ethic. You have significant experience in effectively developing, managing and executing Total Talent programs at regional/global levels to optimise talent mobilisation and utilisation. You have workforce planning and management experience at scale and across various market segments, preferably Government or essential services segments. You have excellent communication skills, a focus on building relationships, vendor management and take pride in your ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate. You are passionate about continuous improvement, and delivering high quality, competitive solutions.
**About the role**:
As the Talent Business Partner - Portfolio Lead, you are accountable for high value service provision and the strategic relationship between Talent Management, the operating business units and its key stakeholders. You are responsible for critical projects and initiatives that support the business portfolio talent priorities and objectives, as well as ensuring the Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement and Talent Management service delivery team is set up for success, is appropriately enabled and resourced.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
Experience developing and executing 'go to market' campaigns that promote CX.
Experience adopting market leading recruitment marketing strategies that promote Brand experience and market profile.
People management of HR / Recruitment function within a large multinational organisation or Government at senior leadership level.
Prior experience with sophisticated direct sourcing techniques via Social Media and other platforms such as LinkedIn.
Working knowledge of various ATS and Recruitment CRM platforms, SF desirable.
Project Management and delivery of value-added programs such as: Diversity programs, talent pipelining, graduate recruitment; success profiling and competency mapping.
Comfortable with regular reporting including team metrics setting, measurement and analysis. Highly competent reporting on performance targets.
**Business partnering capability**: well-developed relationship management and internal consultancy skills with a natural ability to partner/collaborate with managers and HR colleagues.
Experience working in the Defence Force or Maritime.
Tertiary Qualified in a business or related degree or 10+ industry specific experience in a complex, matrix environment or similar.
