Seasonal Concierge Team Member Job
This festive season, we're hiring for a range of roles across our Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand to support car park, concierge and valet services. Our team members play a key role in creating memorable experiences for customers during the busiest time of the year.
We're looking for friendly, reliable and customer-focused individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others. As a Concierge Attendant, you'll be the welcoming face of our centre, responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
Your duties will include:
* Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
* Providing directions, information and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
* Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends and public holidays. This is a seasonal casual position offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations.
