**Customer Service Officer - Energy Supplier**
Location: Alexandria
Contract: 12 months
Pay rate $33 - $35 per hour + super
There will be evening or weekend work required for this position.
**Responsibilities;**
- Make outbound calls in response to customer requests.
- Make clear, accurate and concise records of every Customer interaction and liaise with stakeholders.
- Escalate any issues that arise to a Team Leader.
- Always making sure you give accurate and relevant information by maintaining up to date knowledge f the range of products an services.
- Strive to meet and exceed your individual and teams annual KPI's
**Requirements;**
- Must have 1 year minimum working in a customer service position.
- Experience handling high volume customer calls
- Must have Sales experience.
- Positive communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Must be able to commit to flexible hours, evenings and weekends.
