We are seeking a flexible and reliable Casual Guest Service Agent to support our Front Office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable and confident working across a rotating roster, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide warm, professional guest service from check-in to check-out
* Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests efficiently
* Maintain accurate guest records and follow Front Office procedures
* Support night audit processes when required
* Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a Front Office or customer-facing role (hotel experience preferred)
* Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* Ability to work independently
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including:
o Morning shift (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)
o Afternoon shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm)
o Night shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am)
* Valid working rights in Australia
