Job Responsibilities
* General administrative duties, including reception and customer service tasks.
* Answering phone calls and directing correspondence.
* Data entry and document management.
* Supporting colleagues with administration and operational tasks.
Skill Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
* A professional and friendly telephone manner.
* The ability to follow instructions and work independently.
* A current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Availability
Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off.
Schedule
* Day shifts available.
* Weekend availability required.
Work Location
In-person work at our office location.
