Recovery & Restructuring / Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Melbourne) - 3-5 yrs PAE
About the Role
This role offers a mix of work for a range of highly experienced and supportive Partners in our Recovery & Restructuring / Commercial Litigation practice in Melbourne. You will work for major corporate clients, major banks, other lenders and insolvency practitioners to provide advice in relation to:
* Business debt recovery and enforcement of security
* Restructuring & Insolvency
* Commercial litigation and dispute resolution
This wonderful opportunity offers you the chance to work on both Restructuring & Insolvency and Commercial Litigation.
About You
Our Partners are seeking your energy, your passion for law and your insolvency and/or litigation experience.
You will ideally have the following attributes:
* Strong academic background
* 3-5 years of post‐admission experience in disputes and/or insolvency gained in a law firm
* The desire and ability to learn from the leaders around you
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A good team member, someone who understands the ebb and flow of work in a busy practice and is willing to chip in where needed
