Offer description

The Executive Officer will provide governance, executive and logistical support to the CEO, the Board and key committees. This position would provide a great opportunity to make a major contribution to the establishment of the Corporation and towards achieving worthwhile outcomes for the Karri Karrak Noongar community.

The successful candidate will:

Provide high level administrative support to the CEO, Board and CAC including assistance with the production of Reports and Presentations, organisation of meetings etc.

Work with the CEO and Committee Chairs in relation to organising meeting Notices, meeting Agenda, meeting timing, location, logistics etc.

Take accurate minutes of meetings and ensure that required actions are recorded and distributed, along with the minutes in the required time frame.

Ensure that strict standards are maintained in relation to confidential and private information.

Assist the CEO, Board and committees in relation to ensuring Rule Book, Election Manual, CAC/Board protocol and ILUA compliances.

Full time position with flexible location and hours.

Annual salary between from $113,000 to $127,0.00 plus FBT packaging and superannuation.

The Corporation is expected to be based in Busselton.
