About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to build, scale and operate real AI systems that make a real impact on people's wellbeing.
This role is focused on designing and deploying agent workflows, integrating them with backend APIs, and building the evaluation and monitoring infrastructure that keeps them reliable at scale.
You will work directly with our Head of AI and backend engineers to turn ambitious ideas into production-grade systems that benefit millions of users.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, build and ship production-grade AI agents that interact with real users and systems at scale.
* Build evaluation, testing and monitoring systems to ensure agent reliability, safety and continual improvement.
* Architect flexible, modular workflows that make it easy to extend and iterate on AI capabilities.
* Integrate agents with existing backend APIs and data systems, collaborating with backend engineers to expose the right capabilities.
