Customer Service Representative Job Summary
The role of a Customer Service Representative is to deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring a positive experience and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers, verify their memberships, and provide carts as needed.
* Conduct regular safety and security checks, reporting any issues to the duty manager.
* Monitor access to the building, report the arrival of armored transport vehicles, and discreetly observe cash handling activities.
* Review customer receipts at exit, ensure accuracy and validity, and assist with corrections or concerns.
* Provide prompt and courteous service, direct customers to product locations, and offer assistance for loading or shopping.
* Process new membership applications, manage member maintenance, and collect dues via check, cash, or debit/credit terminal.
