Are you currently looking to expand on your stainless steel skills and knowledge? A large prison cell and security door system manufacturing facility in Hallam are seeking trade assistants for all things Stainless! Positions starting ASAP!
About the role:
- Assisting welders and boilermakers with the production of stainless steel parts
- General fabrication of stainless steel (preparing, grinding, polishing, finishing, cutting and bending)
- Reading drawings and plans.
- Assembling parts using various hand and power tools.
- Preparing metal parts to be welded.
- Day shift hours 7AM to 3:30PM.
About you:
- Punctual and reliable.
- Previous experience working with stainless steel
- Previous skills and knowledge about the use of hand and power tools.
- OHS aware.
- Ability to work solo and as part of a team
