Roster: Monday to Friday, 55 hours per week.
Location: Bunbury + Esperance

Employment Type: Casual Ongoing

About the role

Seeking experienced Blaster / Painters on a project crew for upcoming work based in Australia/'s Southwest. Monday to Friday, minimum 55 hour work week, offering an immediate start and growth within a reputable company. Multiple roles available, ranging from Trades Assistants to Supervision.

Skills & experience

- Previous experience with abrasive blasting and painting
- Minimum C Class Driver’s Licence
- Elevated Work Platform (HRWL)
- Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
- MSIC – Maritime Security Induction Card
- Must be able to complete online and onsite inductions
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to safety and contributing to a positive safety culture
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- NACE Level 2 Certificate - Supervisor

Duties & responsibilities

- Perform abrasive blasting to clean and prepare metal surfaces within industry standards
- Apply industrial coatings, primers and protective paints
- Ability to work in a confined space and safely at heights
- Safe usage of all equipment and tools
- Maintaining a strong focus on maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
