Personal Assistant – Real Estate (Flexible Hours)
I'm seeking an experienced, capable Personal Assistant to support me in a fast-paced real estate sales environment within a prominent agency. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident working independently, who enjoys working with people and can keep me organised and on track (as I'm often out and about).
This role is not a standard 9–5 position. Hours will vary depending on appointments and workload—if it's quiet, you may finish earlier; if we're busy, you may need to stay longer.
You'll be working independently and predominantly from home, with attendance required for inspections, access appointments, and other in-person tasks as needed.

Roster / Days
* Two days off per week — flexible by agreement
* Occasional flexibility required to swap days depending on appointments and workload
* The employee agrees to work reasonable additional hours when required. Time off in lieu will be provided for approved additional hours worked, subject to operational requirements and mutual agreement.

Salary
* $65,000 – $75,000 + super, depending on experience
* Bonus / KPI incentive may be introduced after the probation period at the discretion of the employer (not guaranteed)

What You'll Be Doing
This is a true right-hand role, supporting everything from listing through to settlement, client care, and keeping the business running smoothly.
* Answering phones (diverted at times) and ensuring emails are responded to promptly
* Managing day-to-day administration and keeping tasks moving
* Conducting all final inspections and appointments relating to property access
* Coordinating and attending appointments, including access for trades and third parties
* Hosting private viewings when required
* Nurturing clients from listing through to settlement, providing regular updates
* Maintaining ongoing client touchpoints, including anniversaries
* Entering and maintaining accurate client data in Rex (including anniversaries)
* Using task systems such as Trello to manage workflows
* Keeping me on track with reminders, follow-ups, and deadlines
* Contributing ideas and improvements — confidence to speak up is encouraged

About You
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (real estate experience highly regarded)
* Comfortable working unsupervised, with a strong work ethic and demonstrated performance
* Motivated, enthusiastic, and an ideas person with initiative
* Professional, reliable, and confident making decisions; able to think on your feet
* Excellent communication skills and phone manner
* Highly organised and capable of managing a busy sales environment
