This exciting and inspirational national organisation has had one of its long-standing and valuable employees move on for personal reasons. They are now seeking an experienced Credit Officer to join their finance team on a part-time, job share basis.
Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, you will be responsible for;
Credit Collections on a national basis, approximately 700 active accounts
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Checking accounts for any errors
Monitor and manage payment arrangements
Dealing with internal stakeholders to assist with the resolution of queries and issues.
Ensuring adherence to customers' spending with their credit limits and working with sales staff to ensure they are aware of limits
About You
You'll be a confident and articulate communicator, able to negotiate and influence while maintaining positive relationships. You'll have at least 3 years' experience in a similar high-volume credit or collections role, a knack for problem-solving, and the resilience to manage competing priorities.
