We are seeking a Valet Attendant to join our dynamic Team at a Residential Building in the city of Sydney. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a strong and growing Team. The focus of this role is providing Residents and Tenants with dedicated quality service.

What we are looking for:
* Maintaining good liaison, open communication and building relationships with residents of the Building ("residents"), greeting residents and providing information on the Building in general.
* Maintaining valet car parking related records. Logging of any incidents related to the Services, to report to the Building Manager
* Using reasonable endeavours to ensure that the car parking levels are kept in a well presented manner (noting however, that the Service Provider is not responsible for maintenance of the car parking areas)
* Being able to provide a clean driving record history and full driving licence documentation following request and any other legal compliance requirements as necessary.
* Providing assistance with resident's vehicle parking when using the automated car parking system to ensure a smooth transfer of vehicles to & from the car park.
* Obtaining and sending information in relation to the Services, to the Building Manager, that may be necessary for the ability to inform residents of matters and issues that may affect them.
* Understanding and becoming familiar with the orientation of the automated car parking system to assist in facilitating safe operation and referring any maintenance issues to the Building Manager.

Pay: $24.95 – $44.17 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
