 
        
        Job Description:
Clinical nurse coaches collaborate with nursing and midwifery professionals, as well as multi-disciplinary stakeholders, to apply professional and clinical expertise. They develop strategies that promote a work-based culture focused on education, learning, research, and workforce development.
The role involves adhering to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, safe services and workplaces. Key responsibilities include fulfilling duties according to the Queensland Public Service values and Schedule 2 of the Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health Award) – State 2015 – Generic Level Statements Nurse Grade 7.
This is a temporary full-time position for three months.

Benefits:
Remuneration value up to $13,684.33 per month, comprising salary between $50,810.10-$55,160.60 per fortnight, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), and annual leave loading (17.5%).
