About this role:
* You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls where you will assist customers with all personal lending and credit enquiries, execute lending requests including conducting needs analysis and completing lending applications.
* Welcome calls to identify opportunities for growth and nurture long-term customer relationships.
To succeed as a Personal Banker, you will require:
* A solid understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations with experience in personal lending highly desirable.
* Extensive customer service experience including conducting customer needs analysis.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and key stakeholders.
* A proactive and adaptable disposition with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Strong technical capabilities with an interest in digital offerings highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
This is a full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight with a hybrid flexible work model where you are based a minimum of three days per week at our corporate office.
