Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of residential drafting experience.
* Sound understanding of single-storey construction methods.
* Strong knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Residential Design Codes.
* Minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Residential Drafting.
* Experience with Archicad essential.
* Experience with Estimating and Take-offs will be looked upon favourably.
* Must be Melbourne-based.
