Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Officer to join our Contracts department. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· build sustainable relationships with both external customers and sub-contractors.
· handle all matters pertaining to clients and sub-contractors within the pre-determined timeframes.
· monitor and complete all jobs, permanent or otherwise, in line with requirements.
· prepare and distribute client reports/administration set by the Contracts Manager
· Complete the after-hours handover communicating any fatigue management risks, where required.
