Your new role
As a Study & Design Engineer (Electrical), you'll play a key role in delivering project studies and design packages across brownfield and sustaining capital portfolio. You'll support early‐phase project development, prepare and review electrical design documentation, and ensure alignment with the PM Framework. Depending on your experience, you may lead study scopes, guide design consultants, influence technical direction, and support the transition from study to execution.
What you'll need to succeed
* Prior electrical study and design exposure, ideally including the Small Project Management Framework
* Strong electrical engineering background within mining, heavy industry, or large‐scale operational environments
* Commercial and business acumen to support value‐driven study outcomes
* Design consultant management capability, with confidence coordinating external partners
* Experience ranging from Project Engineer to Principal PE, with responsibilities scaled to your level
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
* Relevant engineering qualifications and a proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
