* As the Team Leader, you will lead and supervise a diverse team of Disability Support Workers.
* You will oversee the day-to-day operations of supported accommodation and community inclusion programs.
* Key responsibilities include managing rosters, service coordination, client engagement, and regulatory compliance.
* Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders and local networks.
* Champion personal development and independent living for participants.
* Implement strategic initiatives and lead continuous improvement in service delivery.
* Evaluate and ensure safety, risk management, and quality standards align with NDIS and Assisted Boarding House regulations.

Requirements
1. Qualifications: Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or related field.
2. Experience: Experience supervising teams in disability or community-based accommodation settings.
3. Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and de-escalation skills.
4. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of NDIS frameworks and person-centred approaches.
5. Organisational Skills: High-level organisational, tech, and communication skills.
6. Certifications: First Aid Certificate, NSW Driver's Licence, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
