Opportunity to join a company that support working from home 2 days a week
Flexible working hours and the ability to start at 7am, 8am or 9am
Hours and roster
You will enjoy a wide range of flexibility in this role and working in a fully supportive team that works together to ensure the work is complete to a high level.
38 hours per week (enjoy flexible start times between 7am/9am)
Monday to Friday
Work from home 2 days per week (when you are trained up and settled into the role)
The role
Reporting into the Service Administration Manager you'll enjoy working closely with a team of 4-8 service professionals in NSW. Your efforts will support current service team and involve the following duties:
Providing a high level of customer service to existing and new customers
Liaising with accounts receivable and finance on customer credit issues
General data entry and invoicing
Booking medicals and site inductions
Provide administrative support to the CSC
Recording safety KPI information
Coordination and submission of warranty claims as per the company policies
Send warranty acceptance and rejection documents
Processing of repairs and maintenance jobs
Creating dispatch and returns documents
Your value
You will come from a workshop or heavy industry administration background and have previous experience working in a similar role with similar duties as outlined. Other attributes and skills include:
High level of computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Excel
Be able to work under pressure and enjoy working to deadlines
Highly organised, process driven and with excellent attention to detail
Strong people skills and relationship building qualities
Ability to multitask and work on a number of projects and tasks at once
Team player and the ability to take responsibility and work unsupervised
Desirable (not essential)
Previous experience in a planning or scheduling role in a workshop environment
Aurora ERP experience or experience with Maximo
