Job Description
Working within a Workforce Australia specialist contract; Ex-Offenders Program as an Employment consultant means taking on the challenging yet fulfilling responsibility of assisting a diverse range of clients in securing sustainable meaningful employment. You'll manage a varied and active caseload, focusing on retraining and upskilling while forging partnerships with local employers to create opportunities. This role requires resilience, outstanding conflict resolution abilities, and a track record of meeting KPIs. This role is full time, fixed term until 3 0 June 2027 based in our Caloundra office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday, in office.

Desired Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated customer service experience
* Digitally savvy – intermediate computer skills
* Previous administration experience
* Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI's
* Ability to resolve complex client situations with resilience and maturity
* Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes
