Pay: $25.85/hr + casual loading and penalty rates
Roster: Various hours available, Monday - Sunday
About The Role
Cater Care is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to join our Bayswater team as a Casual Catering Assistant. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours within a friendly and professional environment.
What This Role Involves
Assisting with food preparation, including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified mealsProviding excellent customer service by serving residents’ meals and snacksRe-stocking supplies as needed, including after meal periodsDishwashing and cleaning kitchen and dining areasSetting tables, plating meals, and supporting the chef with general kitchen duties
Desired Skills And Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Have previous experience in food preparation and/or customer servicePossess previous contract catering experience (desirable) Work effectively as part of a team to meet resident needs and service expectationsDemonstrate excellent presentation and communication skillsMust hold a valid driver’s license and have access to your own vehicleBe willing to undergo a Police Check and undertake a flu vaccination
