THE ROLE
We're looking for a creative and commercially driven
Digital Marketing Manager
to join our growing team in Richmond.
You'll own our digital strategy across all First Ever brands - driving paid growth, lifecycle marketing through email and SMS, and creative that converts. With sales growth as a key priority, you'll help drive revenue, lead major product launches, and bring fresh ideas that move our brands forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Content Strategy and Development
* Develop seasonal and always-on content strategies across multiple digital channels
* Collaborate daily with graphic designers to brief, review and optimise creative for ads, email and site assets
* Plan content calendars ahead of major product launches
* Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all brands and channels
* Continuously test and refine content to maximise engagement and conversion
* Work closely with social and creative partners to ensure alignment with brand direction and business goals
Advertising and Campaign Management
* Plan, execute and optimise performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and additional digital channels
* Manage full-funnel marketing strategies: acquisition, retargeting, retention and loyalty
* Build and optimise CRM activity and lifecycle flows in Klaviyo to grow revenue and customer retention
* Work closely with the eCommerce team to refine user journeys and improve onsite conversion
* Leverage partner channels, clubs and external stakeholders to extend campaign reach and exposure
* Proactively research new digital opportunities, creative approaches and customer acquisition tactics
* Provide clear strategic rationale for media budgets and allocation decisions
Reporting and Performance Analysis
* Produce weekly performance reports covering ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, revenue, customer growth and retention metrics
* Deliver insights and actionable recommendations based on data and testing outcomes
* Provide campaign results and performance explanations to the General Manager as required
* Manage marketing budget with a focus on efficiency, ROAS and low CPP
ABOUT YOU
Must haves:
* Experience in digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce, retail or consumer products
* Success running Meta Ads, Google Ads and Klaviyo (or similar ESP) at scale
* Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end campaigns including budget management and performance optimisation
* Strong experience working with graphic designers, agencies and cross-functional teams
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems, digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects across multiple brands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
