About the Role:
Regroup are seeking experienced crusher operators to operate a fleet of mobile plant crushers on site in Wiluna, WA.
As a crusher operator, you will be responsible for operating a fleet of Terex Finlay, Powerscreen and Impact crushers, in addition to some other heavy machinery as required.
The job role:
- Operate mobile crushing plants, including Terex Finlay, Powerscreen Impact Crushers – operating CR001, SC001 Screener and a SC002 Screener
- Operate other heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders and water carts where required
- Load feed material appropriately and monitor crushing operations
- Adjust settings to optimise production and quality, and identify mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain strong communication with supervisors and team members, reporting production metrics and any operational problems
- Support shutdown, emergency protocols, and secure equipment at end-of-shift as required
What do we want to hear from you?
- 2-3 years heavy plant maintenance experience on heavy machinery on a civil mine site
- Demonstrated experience operating fixed plant crushers in a mine site or quarry environment
- Demonstrated competency with feeding equipment including loaders or excavators to help meet production targets effectively
- Hold nationally accredited tickets in relevant machines
- Current & valid White Card
- Current & valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Hold a National Police Clearance within 12 months
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A;
- A strong commitment to safety and work well in a team environment
