About the opportunity
* Coordinate materials and trades to keep projects on track and on time
* Oversee construction to ensure homes meet contractual requirements and approved designs
* Inspect work to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship
* Manage timelines and budgets to deliver homes efficiently
* Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WH&S legislation and company systems
* Build relationships with customers and councils to provide outstanding service
* Keep documentation accurate and up to date throughout the build process
This is a hands‑on role where you will combine leadership, problem‑solving, and customer service to make every home a success.
About you
* Cert IV in Building and Construction and a Supervisor’s License (Building Trade Certificate highly regarded)
* Proven background in residential construction with strong project management skills
* Computer literacy with exposure to Onsite Companion (preferred)
* Solid understanding of building methods, materials, and standards for residential homes
* Ability to identify and resolve defects proactively, ensuring smooth project delivery
* Outstanding communication, planning, and organisational skills to manage multiple trades and suppliers effectively
* A proactive, detail‑oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
