Your Opportunity:
As a clinical support professional, you will work under the direction of experienced physiotherapists and occupational therapists to deliver high-quality services to clients in Residential Aged Care Settings.
You will be responsible for both clinical and administrative tasks, with a focus on providing tailored therapy programs for residents.
* Assist in delivering physiotherapy services according to established procedures and policies.
* Provide support to RAC clients as per their treatment plans.
* Under the direction of physiotherapists or occupational therapists, you may be required to transport residents to and from therapy sessions or appointments.
* Set up and pack away the physiotherapy gym area, including cleaning equipment.
* Collect referrals and perform other administrative tasks as guided by physiotherapists.
* Order prescribed equipment.
* Lead exercise groups and programs.
* Support initiatives to meet client and contract expectations.
* Collaborate with physiotherapists or occupational therapists on adaptations, changes, and progressions of treatment plans for clients.
