Our rapidly growing National IT & Technology client is looking to appoint two Level 3 Service Desk or Helpdesk Consultants in their Adelaide office.
As a team member for this great company, you will form a critical part of the overall operation as you field IT/Technology related queries from a range of clients. Your ability to problem solve and work through issues quickly, whilst providing a high level of customer service will be essential.

**The role**:
- Resolving customer queries in a timely manner
- Conducting support and maintenance of a clients technology stack
- Regular client follow-up
- Installation of hardware and software for clients must be completed prior to completing the ticket in ConnectWise
- Act as a point of contact for clients on new tickets. This means taking the phone call or making a phone call to ensure all information for the ticket is correct
- Escalate tickets where necessary to ensure clients issues are resolved within SLA and to their satisfaction
- Ensure every client is fully informed of the status of their ticket and updates are provided regularly
- Staying up to date with latest IT & Technology
- Working in a fast-paced team environment
**You will have**:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
