About The Team
Our Coles Liquor team works across three leading brands (Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base. With a network of more than 930 stores and ultra‑convenient online sites, we are committed to providing accessible drink solutions for every occasion.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy & Management, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Coles Liquor's digital experience. This role sits at the centre of major strategic initiatives, including the integration of our trading banners under Liquorland, the modernisation of core systems, and the rollout of Coles Group's "Integrated Food and Drink" strategy. As a key driver of our transformation, you'll define and deliver a product roadmap that elevates customer satisfaction and delivers measurable commercial outcomes in the Liquor online fulfilment and enablement space. You'll lead complex, cross‑functional projects spanning customer‑facing digital channels and enterprise backend systems, ensuring seamless experiences and operational excellence. Backed by strong executive sponsorship and significant investment in technology, this is your chance to influence strategy, champion innovation, and make a tangible impact on how Australians shop for drinks online.
Responsibilities
* Create and manage an actionable product roadmap aligned with business strategy
* Define objectives and success measures using OKRs and business metrics
* Lead end‑to‑end execution of initiatives from discovery to delivery
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions
* Manage dependencies and risks across multiple squads and stakeholders
* Communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
About You And Your Skills
You're a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for digital innovation and customer experience. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, are comfortable with change, and have a proven track record of delivering measurable results. You're highly collaborative, commercially savvy, and skilled at translating insights into impactful product solutions.

* Proven experience as a Product Manager in Digital/Technology
* Strong understanding of product lifecycle and experience shipping consumer products
* Experience in large, complex organisations with a customer‑centric focus
