About the role
You will work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team using the Early Psychosis Model of Care to provide assertive outreach, therapeutic interventions, family engagement, and holistic support across community and home environments.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
* Deliver high-level, evidence-based allied health services (Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology) within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring culturally safe, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care.
* Collaborate effectively with consumers, families, carers, and stakeholders to ensure integrated, person-centred care.
* Provide clinical leadership and mentorship within the team, supporting best practice and professional growth.
* Support and uphold internal team processes and agreements by actively contributing to the ongoing refinement and implementation of the Team Charter, promoting a collaborative and psychologically safe team culture.
