The role involves supporting our customers with personal care, medical appointments, work, and community activities such as sports, walking, shopping, and cooking. An outgoing, vibrant personality will help you succeed in this role.Multiple permanent part-time rosters are available, with hours between 9am and 2pm (two rosters) and 6.30am to 4.30pm (one roster), Monday to Friday. Please review the rosters to ensure you can commit to these hours before applying.Delivering domestic supports within the home and community;Supporting community-based activities;Supporting person-centred plans to achieve customers' life goals;Following positive behaviour support plans; andCompleting administration duties, expense reports, and mandatory documentation.What you’ll need?Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships;Experience supporting customers with behavioural support plans;Ability to follow person-centred plans and help clients achieve their goals;Previous manual handling and medication administration experience;Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties;Patience and maturity to manage situations calmly;A valid driver’s license and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance).Applying is simple: submit your current CV and answer a few questions.
